Budget Mono Red Yidaro in Modern. One of the things that I realized with it is that is is very important to have mana rocks that produce more than 1x mana, so I would never use something like heart of ramos or even something like fellowar stone because it doesn't have enough impact. Commander decks here will be cheap, and many will use cards that you'd never see in a more expensive EDH list.
