Yes. Plot. Cadet Kelly takes an idea that is almost painfully familiar to the kids watching this movie, and turns it into something fun and funny and just foreign enough to not be painfully on the nose. Ha I own this ,,, it reminds me of when I was in the army cadets and police cadets but only I was really good in the forces. In Cadet Kelly, the worst human being on the planet's mom marries a dude who runs a military academy... which means she has to go to a military academy.

My husband enjoyed it as well. Yes. Hyperactive teenager Kelly is enrolled into a Resident Cadet Military Academies, as well as High School Jr. ROTC units have great value in the 21st Century for both Genders. There isn't much in the way of surround use, but music, ambience and other sounds are nicely spread out across the front speakers. No. It's still pretty good. The military academy makes her less annoying after a WHILE because she gets assigned to be equipment manager of the drill team and she starts to get hot for fake rifles. Cadet Kelly has generally received negative reviews. Interesting and fun to watch! I don't really know why they put her in this military school to begin with though.
