Florence Falls, Buley Rockhole, Wangi Falls, Walker Creek, Cascades, Tjaynera Falls and Surprise Creek Falls are all great spots for a Wangi Point Holiday Park is nestled between the shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie and Wangi Point Flora and Fauna Reserve. Four-wheel drive camping areas are available at Tjaynera Falls (Sandy Creek), Surprise Creek Falls and Florence Falls. Come for a day trip from Darwin or Katherine and for even more adventurous stay overnight and camp to explore the beauty of all 1500 square kilometres. Waterfalls. Relax. 4WD camping areas (dry season only) are at Tjaynera Falls (Sandy Creek), Surprise Creek Falls and downstream from Florence Falls. Litchfield National Park has many beautiful designated swimming areas for visitors to enjoy.

The Wangi Falls Walk (start at the Wangi Plunge Pool) is approx 1.6km return, 1 hr in duration, level (moderate, however steep in sections). Wangi Falls are reached via an easy walking track from the car park, through lush monsoonal rainforest and the plunge pool is surrounded by the manicured lawns of the picnic area. There are walk-in camping sites along Walker Creek, though these are closed during the Wet Season.
